She still likes to nap... in the car.
Building very tall towers at the library.
Record rainfall on Saturday morning... twelve inches in six hours. Since June 1st we have had over twenty inches of rain... crazy!!! As you can see, Charlotte's pool is overflowing. And it's raining again today.
Tonight's dinner... Whole Wheat Penne Pasta with Grilled Chicken, Snap Peas, and Feta Cheese. It was absolutely delicious! I will be making this again very soon!
I hope you all are having a wonderful week!
Aw, your daughter is so precious. Love your hardwood floors in your kitchen.
ReplyDeleteThank you! Charlotte is very precious to us!
DeleteCharlotte is such a cute little girl! Yikes, that's a lot of rain. It's hard to imagine. I hope nothing flooded! Your pasta looks delicious.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Jennifer! Yes, it was a ton of rain - a lot of our neighbors had flooded basements.
DeleteWow, that's a lot of rain! Good for the garden but hard to get out and about with a little one when it's so wet. That pasta meal looks delicious. x
ReplyDeleteThank you, Gillian! The pasta was so delicious! I would highly recommend it!
DeleteTwelve inches in six hours?!?! This is obviously a coastal phenomenon, I've never heard of such a thing! Even the other way round (six inches in twelve hours) would be impressive here.
ReplyDeleteThank you! Welcome to the south - we get lots of rain here.
DeleteDress up? She doesn't wear tutu's everywhere like my girl? I want some of your food. That dish may go on next weeks menu.
ReplyDeleteOh, I bet your daughter looks adorable going out in her tutu! Charlotte really just wears her tutu around the house, but I would be totally fine with her wearing it out in public. Yes, make this dish - you will love it!!
DeleteWow that's a lot of rain! I say stay in and eat... You're obviously a very good cook, that pasta looks delicious!
ReplyDeleteAnd Charlotte... Well she's adorable!
Thanks Julie! Yes, it's a good thing I really like to cook... we ate all weekend!
