Pre-Soaking Dried Black Beans

We love black beans and eat them often.  I usually cook a large bag of dried beans once a week and they are ready to go for whenever I need them.

  1. I have that exact same pot and use it often. I hardly ever buy or cook black beans. I don't think they are used that often over here. I'll have to look into some recipes!

  2. Gillian, I just love my Le Creuset dutch oven and use it often ( it was a wedding gift!) We eat black beans several times a week. A favorite around our house!
